Melancholy Mood. A ½” Scratch at the beginning; and another about the same size at the conclusion will click. A few hairlines in the middle tick lightly and irregularly. A needle drop sounds once. Much surface luster remains. Overall V/V+ From the Bottom of My Heart. Three needle drops sound once each. Much surface luster remains. Overall E to E+ As with most used 78s, random undesired noises occur in places that look perfect to the eye.
A previous listing of this title says that only 8,000 were pressed.
A late American Recording Company product. Columbia bought ARC later that year. Scarce, important and desirable.
