Because of past problems with bidders with 0 feedback, we will no longer accept bids from "just -born" or 0 feedback bidders UNLESS you contact us via Email prior to bidding. The email must contain your name, home phone number and eBay user ID. Any person with 0 feedback that bids on one of our auctions, and does not contact us via Email prior to bidding will automatically be retracted. We are an eBay consignment store that sells other peoples things, therefore it is our intention to make sure that the whole selling and buying experience is quick and fun for both our sellers and buyers. This is also in all fairness to the serious Ebay bidders! Thanks for understanding!

Winning bidders should contact us within 48 hours of end of auction. The best way to do this is to click on and complete the eBay/PayPal check out. This is how we receive your shipping information. You will be asked how and when you plan to pay, where you would like your item shipped to and instructions on how to complete the transaction.

All payments must be received within 5 calendar days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed. We will then relist the item on eBay.

Pay with your credit card through PayPal or we can process your MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express card. Money orders also accepted. Sorry but we don't accept personal checks.

Canadian buyers must use PayPal or Money Orders ONLY - no other forms of payment will be accepted.

Iowa residents will be charged 7% tax.

To calculate shipping, please use the shipping calculator located towards the bottom of this auction. If there is not a shipping calculator present, then we may be offering local pick up only or freight. Make sure to completely read the top description for any additional details.

Local Pick-Up is always available and free! – This way you don’t pay any shipping or handling! However, all items must be paid for in full within 5 days of end of auction. The item(s) must be picked up from our store within 7 days of end of auction or a $3.00 per day storage fee will be required to be paid in full before the item can be picked up.

Orders shipped to US and Canada ONLY - bids from other countries will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, All orders shipped by UPS Ground (UPS Air also available) - NO EXCEPTIONS. Midwest Drop Auction uses UPS Ground exclusively. We do not use the USPS. UPS Second Day & Next Day Air service is also available. Please email for a quote if you would like to have your item's shipped using UPS express services.

PLEASE NOTE that UPS does not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses. A physical street address will be required for all transactions.

On items that sell for values of $250.00 and more, a signature will be required by UPS.

Canadian Buyers: Please be aware that we only ship via UPS. WE DO NOT SHIP VIA U.S.P.S. You will incur a brokerage fee upon delivery. We will not mark items as a "Gift".

All items are shipped out by our shipping department within 5 business days of receiving payment in full. When an item is paid for through PayPal using an eCheck, your item will not be shipped until the funds clear and are deposited into our account.

Midwest Drop Auction takes great care to package every item to ensure safe shipment to you. A minimal package and handling fee may be included in the cost to ship, only to cover any special materials and/or time to package certain items. This fee will already be included when you use the shipping calculator. We require that all items are insured with UPS.

We require all buyers to insure their items. Fees are based on prevailing industry rates: $1.20 for items that sell from $100.01 - $300 and $0.40 for each additional 100.00 of the sale price of the item. Insurance for items selling under $100.00 is free. Insurance will be calculated at the time of checkout.

We do our best to present accurate and detailed information about every item we sell. We desire to provide strong customer satisfaction and a very positive experience for our customers. However, it is the responsibility of the bidder to carefully review all item photos and description and ask appropriate questions. If you have any questions, please email us prior to placing your bid. All items are sold as-is. We accept returns only if the item was significantly not as described in the auction description. Returns must contact us within 24 hours of receiving items via email. Buyer must return the item within 10 calendar days unless the item was damaged in transit to you (see below for damaged items); buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. A 10% restocking and processing fee (with a minimum fee of $5 and maximum fee of $75) will be deducted from the total amount of original sale, if a return is authorized. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Unless otherwise stated in the auction description, we guarantee against DOA. However, once a product has been used for any length of time, buyer is responsible for all service issues. We will not be held responsible, nor will we accept returns on items that are new, are then used by buyer for any amount of time, and become damaged or malfunction. Midwest Drop Auction will not pay to have items repaired. ALL ELECTRONIC ITEMS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

Midwest Drop Auction will leave negative feedback for any buyer leaving us unwarranted negative feedback and will block any bidder who abuses our Return Policy and/or who is a non-paying bidder.
 

Damaged Items

Midwest Drop Auctions shipping department are experienced professionals that take great care to package every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We use a standard 5 point inspection process to make sure that the item sent arrives safely to you. Your item will also be inspected to make sure that it is exactly as it was described in the auction. 

We require that all items are insured with UPS, no exceptions. If an item is damaged in transit during shipping, the buyer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving damaged product via email. DO NOT SHIP IT BACK! Keep all original boxes and materials as UPS will need this in order to approve and pay a claim. We will file a claim with UPS, and at UPS discretion, will have the damaged item inspected and shipped back to us. Upon receiving damaged item, we reserve the right to either replace with an exact make and model or issue a full refund once a refund has been issued and paid to Midwest Drop Auction by UPS. Midwest Drop Auction will not be held responsible for damaged items nor will we pay to have damaged items repaired. 

MIDWEST DROP AUCTION IS NOT THE OWNER OR SELLER OF THESE GOODS, BUT MERELY A BAILEE ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SELLER TO FACILITATE THE SALE OF THE GOODS BY HOLDING THE GOODS UNTIL SUCH TIME AS A SALE IS COMPLETED AND THE GOODS ARE SHIPPED TO THE BUYER. MIDWEST DROP AUCTION WARRANTEES AND REPRESENTS THAT THE GOODS ARE AS THEY ARE DESCRIBED IN THE ABOVE LISTING. WE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS OF THE GOODS ONLY IF THEY FAIL TO MEET THE DESCRIPTIONS ABOVE. MIDWEST DROP AUCTION SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.

MIDWEST DROP AUCTION'S ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE SALES PRICE OF THE RELEVANT GOODS AND $100.

Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
