Printing in USA

This album here comes from my Grandfathers Store established sometime in the mid 1940s, which we used to sell Jewelry, Electronics, Musical instruments, and vinyl RECORDS!

This item slipped through the cracks, and never got sold...

Nice find here. Rare one.

Jacket Cover Condition and Grade: Looks Great! Colors, printing, front and back very bright, looks of New!...as if  being sold in our store back in 1960's and 1970's.

Presented in a sealed shrink wrap. But, I believe this is not a not the original factory cellophane 'Shrink Wrap'. It does have signs to me like we may have re ~ sealed this one back in the day...in a new shrink wrap....and I have priced this album accordingly.
If this were the original factory cellophane shrink wrap, then I would have this copy here, at least double the price ($80.00).
I did notice the very slightest corner crease,...barely noticeable, front, upper left corner.
There is a small drill hole, front, upper right corner, that did not go all the way through to the back side of the Jacket Cover. ((Drill hole mark was used by our wholesale record companies selling to us at discounted prices)  Black marker 'X', front, upper left corner, is on the cellophane shrink wrap its self, and NOT on the Jacket Cover.

So...using 'Goldmine' standards, Jacket Cover is Very Good Plus (VG+) to Very Good Plus Plus (VG++).

Record Grade:  Record more than likely, has never been played. Should be 'MINT' or 'NEAR MINT'. We were selling this one as 'New' back in the day.

Special Note to the serious buyer....You do have a choice here before your purchase of this album.
I can send this album to you, as is, Sealed.
Or, I would not mind opening the cellophane wrap, to view the record, to give you my opinion on grade...which should be 'Mint' to 'Near Mint', before your final decision to buy this album.

Hey, it's as if it is 1969 or 1970's again...and you are walking into our store, to purchase this album....

Thanks for looking at this item!

I will be listing a boat load of  other albums from our store, that managed not to get sold during the 1960's and1970's.

All records carefully packaged and shipped in specially made, very protective box.
