Description
This is the original Sir Victor Uwaifo Big Sound LP release entitled 'Sir Victor Uwaifo & His Melody Maestroes'. It was made in Nigeria and released in 1969 on Philips West African Records (PRL 13409). A really great LP of some great African funk sounds! This LP is extremely difficult to find these days. This LP was originally a library LP, and it has been in my collection since I purchased it a few years ago.
The vinyl i'd say is between a VG+ and EX in condition. There are a some very light surface marks on the vinyl, however it didn't seem to affect the play. The play sounded great when I tested it. The record jacket since it's been in the plastic cover for so long , seems to be somewhat attached to it in some sections, it also shows some minor storage wear on the edges, etc.. There are also some stickers on the record jacket since this LP was originally from a public library. All the writing is readable & is still in good shape considering it's age. The LP comes within an inner sleeve.
