Allegedly about 50 surplus records were released in a generic white sleeve with a xerox copy glued to it. The sleeve has a small thumb cut on the top front. The picture used on the xerox comes from a press photo originally released by Elektra as part of a biography and information pack in 1985. The photo itself is credited to Tom Sheehan.
