 **FROM MY OWN SHELVES IS THIS FABULOUS ORIGINAL STUNNING SKA / REGGAE MONSTER**:
THIS ONE RARELY APPEARS FOR SALE ANYWHERE IN ANYTHING OTHER THAN TRASHED CONDITION. PLEASE COMPARE CONDITION AGAINST OTHER LISTINGS. (PLEASE ALSO CHECK OUT MY OTHER REALLY RARE REGGAE/SKA/BLUE BEAT/ROCKSTEADY SINGLES).
THIS SINGLE IS EARLY 1960s SKA AT ITS FINEST.
FABULOUS SKA ORIGINAL 1ST UK PRESS from my own collection. Super SINGLE from THE CHARMS (ACTUALLY JUSTIN HINDS & THE DOMINOES) 'CARRY GO BRING COME' / 'HILL AND GULLY' was released on the UK ISLAND RECORDS LABEL IN 1964.
*It has survived with some light scuffing/pressing marks causing somerun in / occasional light background static but nothing that detracts from the music*.
FULL GRADING:
THE SINGLE 'A' SIDE PLAYGRADES INBETWEEN EXCELLENT AND EXCELLENT MINUS AND RARELY COMES UP FOR SALE IN THIS CONDITION. IT HAS SOME LIGHT MARKS AND A LITTLE LIGHT STATIC BUT NOTHING THAT IMPACTS ON THE ENJOYMENT OF THIS TUNE. NO JUMPS OR SKIPS
THE LABELS HAVE NO INK , JUST A LITTLE AGE RELATED WEAR (PLEASE SEE PICS)
IT IS SUPPLIED IN A NEAR MINT REPRO ISLAND RECORDS COMPANY SLEEVE. .
This record virtually never comes up for sale on Ebay in anything much above good (ie trashed). I grade strictly to the Rare Record Grading System and include a definition of grading below:
