THE SKEPTICS-45-“Apple Candy” b/w “Ride Child”-Kampus Records # K-814-KILLERKOOL ULTRA 1967 Oklahoma Garage / Punk-Real 5-Star Monster 2 sider...A side is total Yardbirds crossed with the Stones-“I’m A Man” riff/Structure, real badazz Jaggeresque lead vocal, KILLER Guitar-2 dynamite, savage lead guitar breaks...great track...B side is equally great, but more on the ‘Moody-Garage-Punk’ side-Great track-great vocals, the works...Great band and great 45...Oklahoma GREATNESS!!! Condition: Record is hard to grade; nice condition-looks VG++++ or better-one light surface scratch visible in certain light angles on APPLE CANDY Side (you can hear a little background noise for a couple of seconds, mostly covered by the powerful content), some light wear on outer edge, a light paper scuff really, very light and almost unnoticeable unless viewing in certain light angles, also --on the outer edge-way before the record starts-there is a small pressing flaw: a less than a tenth of an inch-probably not even that-looks like nothing really, or looks like a little scratch, but isn’t-you know? ...really nothing, but trying to be exact in description as you know...B side is about the same-a couple of ever-so-light sufraces scuffs or paper scuffs visible in certain light angles, and a very slight quick warp which does not affect play what-so-ever-(tracking at one gram on a Thorens Turntable)...other than these little things this is in lovely condition really...
