Description

Only known copy of unissued 1971 acetate album by a five-piece hippie rock/folk/underground band from Washington DC.  Sky Cobb supported various name acts during their 1971-72 existence but never got to issue a record themselves - so this 40 minute acetate-only LP is a major find!

Very stoned, organic sound throughout with some great organ and guitar, features a cover of Dylan's 'Rainy Day Women' (here retitled 'Everybody Must Get Stoned') but comprising mainly original songs such as 'Bluebird', which can be heard via the following link:

Acetate (which is housed in a plain sleeve) has probably only been played half-a-dozen times and is in beautiful condition, although please note that the recording itself has a very lo-fi homemade sound.
