Description

Columbia Records five disc set SL-174, in slipcase, with five individual jackets.  Gray six-eye label discs, pressed in the US. 

Beethoven, The Late Quartets, played by the Budapest String Quartet.  Includes the quartets nos. 12-16, plus the Grosse Fuge, op. 133.  Recorded in 1951 in Coolidge Auditorium at The Library of Congress, Washington, D. C..  See pics for personnel and program details.

Volume III of the complete set of Beethoven quartets.  See my other listings for the other two volumes.

Discs  , slipcase VG+, top and bottom seams neatly repaired with tape.  Inner sleeves are in nice shape.
