An outstanding 'ARCHIVED' example of this very collectable classic LP.

THE VINYL   EX+    BARELY PLAYED CONDITION

As you can see, this vinyl is the second 1972 UK pressing with the //2 matrix numbers on each side.

The LP has been stored away for decades, and it does have some bag rash..this does not spoil the sound, and that asides the actual vinyl is free from any marks and there is surplus wax around the centre hole! amazing.

The centre hole shows no visible spindle skate lines, the holes remain tight with no wear. With SURPLUS WAX around the centre hole.

Under a very bright light you can see there are a few tiny light whisp lines AND THATS ALL. Clearly this LP has been archived for many many years.

There is no damage or wear to either side or anything which spoils the play. We feel it is evident this LP simply has not been played for a very very long time. We played the whole album through and it was nothing short of amazing. No jumps hisses or unwanted noise..The whole sound is huge and rich and exactly how you want to listen to this spectacular recording-

Finding a decent sleeve or vinyl of this LP is becoming impossible..so many were trashed back in the day by excited teenagers and Glam rock fans...the sleeves especially were always handled carelessly..finding a good one is hard!

BUT HERE WE ARE!!!

This whole sleeve is in SUPERB condition with virtually no signs of wear 

The edges are all super clean with the feintest traces of rub on the tips, and some light rubbing on the bottom edge. But, all colours and inks remain in outstanding condition

No ring wear - most copies have wear at the top of the front sleeve above the logo, not this one, it is black as the day it was made! One tiny corner dink on the bottom spine

The open edge remains in immaculate sharp condition.

The spine edge is totally unmarked and all legends are perfectly readable, a few light spots of rub on the bottom edge, and three light 'pinches' down the spine edge.

THE GATEFOLD OPEN OUT IS OBVIOUSLY IMMACULATE, NO WEAR OR MARKS AT ALL-
