This auction is for a VERY RARE 45 rpm vinyl record in a Fontana sleeve.

Other notes – this 45 is one of the rarest 45 records of the era and is from Slade. The 45 was issued in 1970. The single has clearly been played as you would expect, but has been stored correctly with no warp etc. Some surface marks but none that affect play. The 'A' side label has a small amount of writing at about 11 o'clock and also a small area of the label has rubbed off. The B side label is just about perfect with no writing and looks almost pristine. An outstanding 45 from Slade before they hit the big time and moved to Polydor.
NOT one of the later re-issues from the Fontana Box Set, this is a genuine original 1970 copy - check the label colour, the press-out centre and different font of this 45 to that of the reissues.
An outstanding example of this release.
