RECORD GRADING SYSTEM
MINT – new, never played
EXCELLENT – played a handful of times maximum
VERY GOOD – played, may have the odd surface mark but nothing that affects the audio
GOOD – played, surface marks, may have the odd crackle or pop
USED – played a lot, surface marks and some crackle or pop
Where applicable extra information will be given.
Most records other than MINT have been labeled either on the cover or on the record label or both.
The record and the covers are usually in a similar condition.
All records are briefly checked on a Technics SL1210 Turntable. However if a defect is overlooked I will honour the transaction and make good or refund the sale.
POSTAGE
POSTING DAYS ARE THE WEDNESDAY FOLLOWING THE FRIDAY AUCTIONS & THE FRIDAY FOLLOWING THE MONDAY AUCTIONS.

UK (1st Class) £ 2.50 For each additional record add £ 1.00
INSIDE EUROPE £ 3.50 For each additional record add £ 1.00
U.S.A./ CANADA £ 5.50 For each additional record add £ 1.50
REST OF WORLD £ 6.00 For each additional record add £ 1.50
The cost for Acetates is 50p more than a record for the first one and 25p more than for each additional eg. £1.25 or £1.75.
Doublepacks count as 2 records.
All records are sent in Industry standard Record Mailers, stiffeners are added where appropriate.
A ‘certificate of posting’ is obtained for all items posted.
Additional postage services, Recorded Delivery (68p U.K,) Special Delivery etc. are available at an additional cost.
PLEASE NOTE: I CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS WHICH ARE DAMAGED OR LOST IN THE POST.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
This is the contract you enter into when buying so please read carefully before bidding.

1) The winner will be emailed after the auction ends. Please wait for this email before arranging payment as postage costs/ payment details will be outlined and confirmed.
Contact should be returned within 3 days.
2) Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction end – unless otherwise discussed and agreed. If payment is not received within 7 days a Non Paying Bidder Notice will be issued, if payment is still not received once the Non Paying Bidder Notice expires, 7 days later, the bidder will receive negative feedback and an unpaid item strike from Ebay.
3) Payments for overseas bids to be made in £ sterling via Paypal only, NO CASH, EUROS/ DOLLARS OR BANK TRANSFERS.
4) If you intend to pay via Paypal please make sure that your registered address with Paypal is confirmed or if unconfirmed please list your chosen postal address at time of payment.
5) There is no extra charge for using Paypal.
6) Items will be dispatched after receipt of payment, or after payment has cleared.
