This is a weird one...
This is (as far as I know) a one of a kind version of the Slayer Vinyl Conflict box set!!!

Let me explain... Here's the story I was told....
The record company wanted to shoot a web-only promo video for the release of this box set but it wasn't ready yet. Everything was done except the music hadn't been pressed onto the vinyl yet. The record company needed to get the promo done so they sent over a "dummy" box set and decided to add the music to the commercial in post. Everything else is legit, the box, all 10 vinyl records with the respective sleeves and all the lyric sheets and inserts and even the labels on the actual records are the same as the official box set. The only difference is that the records themselves, have no music on them. How metal is that? The records even have the grooves in them but, again, NO MUSIC!!!
Why, would anyone want a vinyl box set with no music??? I have no idea! It does make for an interesting conversation piece and it's also pretty cool that you will have the only one out there, making you the ULTIMATE SLAYER FAN!!!
I've spoken to handful of record collecting pros and no one seems to have an idea of what this is worth. Is it worth more because of the rarity? Is it worth less because it contains no music? I have no idea.
***The actual box does have some damage along the spine's edge (see picture #4 & #5) and a few other minor scratches, etc. from sitting on a shelf for many years. Other than that, it's in pretty nice condition.
