Description

When Sleep released their breakthrough LP "Holy Mountain" on Earache in 1993 many people thought it was their first. Not so - this crushingly heavy record was the beginning. Almost too heavy for extended play.

Recorded by Billy Anderson and released on small San Francisco label Tupelo in 1992 this is true classic of heavy doom metal. Special thanks to Geexer Butler, Tony Iommi and Bill Ward indeed.
