Description

For sale is beautiful unopened copy of Sleepy John Estes 1929-1940 #RBF8 copyright 1961 on Arch Recordings.  I believe this is a subsidiary of Folkways, it has that distinctive style of cover with the split housing that separates the LP from the enclosed book.  The shrink is mostly in tact, certainly enough that the LP will be as mint as it was from the line.  There is some breakage in the shrink along the top edge of the spine, and some of the pink front cover has faded to white, roughly half an inch tall x an eighth of an inch wide (see picture #4).  The corners are pretty solid with just a hint of rounding on a couple, barely noticeable except right up close.  The imperfections are minor, still a beautiful rare LP that has never been opened, not something that comes up for sale very often.
