Here we have a very rare 4 track Blues/R&B E.P. by SLEEPY JOHN ESTES entitled 'Sleepy John's Got The Blues'.It was released in 1966 on the highly collectable Delmark record label and the catalogue no.is DJB 3.
The A side has 2 tracks,'Rats In My Kitchen' and 'Who's Been Telling You Buddy Brown'.The 2 tracks on the B side are 'Diving Duck Blues' and 'Stop That Thing'.
The record is in excellent condition and appears to have been played very little.Both sides play very well with no skips or jumps and the sound is sharp and clear.The record still has its Mecolico (Record Copyright Tax) stamp attached to the A side label which denotes that the requisite tax of 4 (old) pence has been paid and duly accounted for!
The original picture sleeve is in VG+ condition as there is very slight ringwear on the reverse side.However,apart from this there are no significant marks or blemishes,no rips or tears and no handwriting on the sleeve.
