HERE'S a couple pieces of urgent, serious, tight blues singing by LUCILLE BOGAN, solidly accompanied by CHARLES AVERY (piano). She does "SLOPPY DRUNK BLUES" and "ALLEY BOOGIE." Recorded in Chicago in 1930, this is one of the best blues records I've ever heard.
This original 1930 - VERY late-in-the-series - "Lightning Label" "Race" Brunswick 7210 is in sturdy VV+ condition. The record is worn fairly evenly, and not too many scratches. Plays better than it looks. Yes, there's plenty left over for you!

These records come from my private collection, which I have been accumulating since 1967, and now am downsizing!
