EMI Records stereo two disc set in gatefold jacket SLS 5177, earliest red label disc with color postage stamp, pressed in England.  

Shostakovich, Symphonies #6 and #11, "The Year 1905".  Paavo Berglund conducts the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.  See pics for program details.
