MINT+ The record has never been played. The cover and packaging may be sealed or as new.       NEAR MINT+ (NM+) The record looks in new condition and there are very few if any surface marks. The cover and packaging look new and are in near perfect condition. This is usually the top mark for USED LP's       EXCELLENT+ (EX+) The record does show signs of having been played, but has very few, non-sounding marks and virtually no fine hairlines. There is very little, if any, lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging may have a little laminate lift, slight wear and creasing with few, if any extra items.       VERY GOOD+ (VG+) The record shows sign of having been played many times, with a little background surface noise, noticeable surface marks and a few light scratchs, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality. Normal wear and tear and a few extra items on the cover and packaging but without any major defects.       GOOD+ (G+) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeable deteriorated usually with some distortion, scratches and may even jump. As well as normal wear and tear, the cover and packaging will suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, extra items, spine splits and or discoloration etc.           FAIR+ (F+) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise & scratches; it will probably jump and stick. The cover and packaging will suffer from major defects and will be torn, stained and / or defaced - my lowest grade possible.
