Sluggo was a straight edge hardcore band from Cincinnati, Ohio that was together from 1983 to 1986. They started playing with a thrashy classic D.C. sound but evolved into a more metallic band, similar to Motorhead. They reunited for a show in November 2010.
"Eight tracks of fast paced youthful hardcore from Cincinnati Ohio. Desperately channeling the spirit of the DC hardcore scene. Kinda similar to Minor Threat but doesn't come off as a clone. Sluggo started in 1983 and lasted until 1986. This EP was released by Shag Dog Records and then later reissued by the shifty Agitate 96. Good luck finding either." - Can't Stand the 80's
