''SMALL FACES'' 1ST UK PRESS (MONO) CAT NO. LK 4790 ORIGINAL 1966 UNBOXED DECCA LABELS (ONLY RELEASED AS MONO IN 1966).
THIS ALBUM WAS LATER RELEASED IN 1969. THIS IS THE EARLIEST RELEASE. SUPERB AUDIO ON MY SYSTEM, NO JUMPS, STICKS, CLICKS OR POPS OR DISTORTION! VERY RARELY SEEN IN THIS CONDITION. BARELY A MARK ON THE PLAYING SURFACE. LOOKS AND SOUNDS REALLY SUPERB ON MY MONO SYSTEM.

The stamper letter was derived from the word “ Buckingham” by DECCA. Therefore, the combination of 1C and 1K is one of the earliest presses, and certainly the earliest I’ve seen on offer.
ABOUT THE GROUP
Small Faces were an English rock group from East London. The group was founded in 1965 by members Steve Marriott, Ronnie Lane, Kenney Jones, and Jimmy Winston (replaced by Ian McLagan).
They are best remembered as possibly one of the most acclaimed and influential mod groups of the 1960s, with hit songs such as "Itchycoo Park", "Lazy Sunday", "All or Nothing", Tin Soldier and their number one concept album Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake. They later evolved into one of the UK's most successful psychedelic acts before disbanding in 1969.
After the Small Faces disbanded, three of the members were joined by Ronnie Wood (guitar) and Rod Stewart (lead vocals), both from The Jeff Beck Group, and the new line-up was renamed the Faces.

I’ve checked the Rare Record Guide and other sales on here to get some sort of idea what this album is worth and have put on a reserve to ensure it’s not sold cheaply for someone to make a huge profit by selling it on as soon as they get it.
Having said that, the reserve is WELL below the book value.
