The record has no marks and looks unplayed. I can't guarantee it hasn't been played so it grades near mint condition.
The sleeve (which is still in it's shrinkwrap) has no edge wear. Extremely minimal corner wear on the two right corners on the opening edge, otherwise crisp corners. No ring wear. No splits. No tears. It grades near mint condition.
