Description
From legendary Harlem institution Smalls Paradise, Vintage paper flyher advertising a Breakfast Dance featuring Jimmy Smith & His Night Hawks. Includes a long list of musicians.
The flyer is signed by Jimmy (as Jimmie) Smith on the left side.
The item is repaired on the right side, the letter 't t e r' in 'Better' are on a card in between the flyer and the attached letter described below.
Attached to the back of the flyer is an original signed letter on professional letterhead from Jules Von Tilzer, appearing to address the use of one of Von Tilzer's songs on a radio broadcast, and offering a few more titles for future consideration.
Item is 60+ years old, and shows wear/aging,along with the mentioned repair. Needs a frame and to be prominently displayed in the right music room.
