Description

Smashing Pumpkins – I am One 7” rare original UK promotional flexi release on Hut / Caroline Records from 1991.

 

You are bidding for an original copy of this collectable flexi single by Smashing Pumpkins.

 

This was a promotional release limited to only 250 copies pressed to promote their first UK show which was subsequently postponed. The version of I am One was from the original Caroline Records Gish album. It comes in a unique blue & white sleeve with details of the release on the reverse, this copy also includes the sticker over "July 25th" correcting it to read "Sept 6th".

 

Visually the flexi is in nice condition. It has a crease type mark as shown in the photos included with this listing and a few other minor marks but I have play tested it before listing, and audibly it plays fine with no skips or jumps. Obviously quality is difficult to grade for a flexi, but overall I suggest this is a very collectable copy which I would grade it as Vg+.

 

The picture sleeve is also in nice condition. It has a very small (5mm) tear at the top, some minor creasing to the corners and some light soiling to the white background, but nothing which spoils the collectability of this great item which I would grade this as Ex-

 

Overall then a really nice copy of this rare and collectable flexi single graded as Vg+/Ex- (Vinyl/Sleeve).
