You are bidding on a brand new copy of the very rare 'Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness' (triple) 3-lp set from the masters of Rock and Roll - THE SMASHING PUMPKINS!  This is a super limited pressing!  I purchased this lp when I traveled to Greece in 2005 from a record store called Mr. Vinylios.   This lp was pressed in Germany    

Let me tell you that this sounds amazing on VINYL!!!  This lp also has the track 'Infinite Sadness' that cannot be found elsewhere other than on the vinyl version.  Mellon Collie is truly considered to be the Pumpkins' materpiece!   Now own your very own copy that you can cherish and love and admire and be considered the envy of all of your friends!

Emotionally over-the-top pop extravaganzas like the string-swelling "Tonight Tonight," the Metallica-influenced alternative rock of "Zero," the techno via new wave of "1979"--the 28 songs on this swell two-disc album are as eclectic as their themes are epic and ambitious. Billy Corgan's thin whine isn't much of an instrument, but he makes the most of it by writing smart songs that take emotional chances that more-typical alt rockers would deem uncool.
