You are looking at an unplayed double LP on coloured vinyl (some people say it is orange/pink mottled, but it is of course a peach hue intended to resemble a pumpkin) of  ‘Siamese Dream’ by Smashing Pumpkins on theCaroline/Virgin label.

I bought this album still sealed in shrinkwrap many years ago from a record store in the USA and, as I say, have never played it, as I have the CD and if I’m honest, I’m not a huge fan of the band – but it has a beautiful sleeve design and in decades of record collecting, I’ve never seen coloured vinyl in this shade. Immediately after purchase, I sheathed the album in a heavy duty clear PVC gatefold outer sleeve and placed the records into a high quality polylined paper inners. The album has been stored carefully ever since in my smoke-free home.

I would grade this record as Near Mint to Mint (as I say, it is unplayed, but I reserve an unambiguous Mint grading only for items that are still sealed in shrinkwrap) and the same grading for the sleeve.

The record will be supplied in the PVC outer sleeve. Check my feedback from other buyers who have bought vinyl from me recently for an idea of the quality of my goods and service.
