The LABELS GRADE AT EXCELLENT PLUS (see pics for exact condition).

It is supplied in its original company sleeve grading around Very Good.
This Demo pressing record virtually never comes up for sale on Ebay. I grade strictly to the Rare Record Grading System and include a definition of grading below:
