VINYL CONDITION: EX-/VG++ (very light surface scuffs on b-side)
PLAY CONDITION: Beautiful playback of old lo-fi recordings... very low crackling, no pops, no skips.
DETAILS: This is an ultra rare 45RPM single from blues harp legend Snooky Pryor. James "Snooky" Pryor was the pioneering blues man who started the method of cupping a small microphone around the harmonica when recording. Both of these recordings are truly gems. The track "Uncle Sam Don't Take My Man" has a great reverb on the vocals and incredible guitar work in addition to Snooky's vocals and harp playing. The vinyl is in great shape - only minor imperfections that are all superficial... check out the MP3 to hear the outstanding playback!
