Collecting many rare tracks from this early Washington DC
hardcore band (with Henry "Rollins" Garfield on vocals), this
includes their 1981 "No Policy" 7" on Dischord, a 1980 demo
session, their tracks on the classic 1982 "Flex Your Head"
compilation, some 1980 live tracks, plus tracks from their
direct predecessor band THE EXTORTS, which featured Lyle
Preslar (later of MINOR THREAT) on vocals. That's a total of
35 tracks! Black & white artwork with a really funny back
