S.O.A. No Policy 7" 1st PRESS Signed? Black Flag kbd

Up for bid is the S.O.A. No Policy 7" E.P. released on DISCHORD RECORDS in 1981 (Dischord No. 2). This is the first pressing of 1000 on green vinyl with no band name on the record label. (There were three pressings of 1000 total.) Vinyl is in very good condition. There are light surface scuffs that do not affect play beyond a little crackle here and there. The right side of the cover has three staples in it; I'll let you decide if you want to remove them. There is a price sticker on the front of the cover and a small split along the bottom seam. Also, the "S" in "S.O.A." has been partially colored in and a signature is at the bottom. This is where a mystery begins. The signature appears to be "Wendel B." and, of course, Wendel Blow was the bass player in the band. I cannot confirm that the signature is his, so take a look at the photo and see what you think. Shipping in the US will be $4.00 by USPS PRIORITY MAIL. PRIORITY MAIL will cost more than $4.00--I will pay the difference. Insurance is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for the full value of the final bid if it exceeds $100.00. I will SPLIT the TOTAL insurance cost with you. I will recalculate the exact insurance required at the end of the auction but have estimated a TOTAL cost here. I assume no liability if packages are not insured by the buyer. I can ship First Class International Air Mail to Canada for $5.95. Overseas postage is $8.95 to anywhere in the world. I cannot insure overseas packages unless they are sent INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL. Total cost for INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL, including insurance, is $17.00 to Canada and $27.00 to the rest of the world.
