Description
Only 500 copies (see FLEX BOOK) were made. This old-school classic from California is shocked-full of things that make Hardcore/Punk so great. The first, best and rarest 7“ by SOCIAL UNREST is like a kick in the balls, a smack in the mouth and a punch in the stomach because this original first pressing includes all elements of a HC/Punk classic.
The same sold on eBay for $136 and $140 (US).
You are bidding on the legendary ‘Making Room For Youth’ EP from 1981. The title track with extremely ‘loud vocals and brilliant kick-in-the-face guitar riffs is a true US bomber recorded for ‘Infra Red’ records (catalogue number IRR-001). This fighter also includes fantastic lyrics like
‘The Future Of The World Is Up To Us, But The Older Generation Will Only F**k It Up’.
Also ‘Joined The People Who’ve Joined The Army’ is brilliant West Coast terror, played with the right F**K YOU attitude. And the fast ‘Rush Hour’ was born with shouting vocals. Mastered by the (in)famous Geza X and produced by East Bay Ray. This 3-tracker came in four different colour sleeves but only the red and the blue cover are the original ones. This is the original red picture sleeve issue. The lyrics are printed on the inner side of the fold-open cover. The vinyl and the heavier red cover are still in excellent condition. Airmail postage/packaging for 1-5 singles outside Germany is the same price (5,50 Euro for Europe and 9 Euro for the Rest Of The World). Postage/packaging for 1-3 singles within Germany is 2,40 Euro. Payment: Europeans via paypal or by bank transfer. Overseas via paypal only. German customers should send their payment to my bank account.
