My eBay name is 'punky_music' and I'm a full-time record dealer since nearly 30 years
Snotty Hardcore Punk classic, released in 1981. Produced by East Bay Ray of DEAD KENNEDYS....and he did a really good job. As you can see only 1,000 hand numbered records were pressed because the original blank white inner sleeve shows number 206. This old-school classic from California is shocked-full of things that makes cynical American Hardcore so great. Old eBay prices: $173 + $163 + $150 + $140. The first, best and rarest 7“ by SOCIAL UNREST is like a kick in the balls, a smack in the mouth and a punch in the stomach. Their debut single was born in four different colour sleeves but only the red and the blue picture covers are the original pressings. The vinyl and the original heavier red picture sleeve are in wonderful condition. The title track 'Making Room For Youth' is a true bomber. This song includes fantastic lyrics like 'The Future Of The World Is Up To Us, But The Older Generation Will Only F**k It Up’. Also ‘Join The People Who've Joined The Army’ is snotty West Coast sound, played with the right F**K YOU attitude. And the fast track ‘Rush Hour’ was born with shouting vocals.
Condition / Zustand: EX/M- and one soft crease on the bottom of the front sleeve (very clean)

Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
