This is a compilation of the first 10 years of the group whose members included Daevid Allen, Robert Wyatt, Kevin Ayers, Mike Ratledge, Hugh Hopper and Elton Dean amongst others
"The Moon In June" was recorded June 10th 1969 at BBC Maida Vale Studio 4 and transmitted 21/6/69 on programme 'Top Gear'. This is an entirely different version to the one which appeared a year later on the LP 'Third', as much of the lyric was written especially for this recording
- Record: The records have a couple of light surface marks but generally play as VERY GOOD+ (all sides) but with a few pops here and there, and some background noise in some of the quieter parts
- Labels: Clean and bright, no writing
- Sleeve: The outer box is intact but the 2 flaps are fairly dog-eared and have a couple of tears and creases
The inner sleeves are in VERY GOOD condition - the other side of each inner sleeve shows just the picture and no text
The booklet is in VERY GOOD+ condition

- MINT: The record is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The sleeve and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
- EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
- VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
- GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
- FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
- POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
