SOFTWARE: Men Without Clothes (C90 TAPE)

BUGLE BLAST-7 UK 1981 C90 (not sure on the exact duration) original cassette

A super rare original cassette-only release by Hert's DIY Minimal-Synth band Software. This is an obscure release on the collectable label Bugle (known for the excellent Astronauts 7"s and debut LP, Some of My Best Friends are Canadians 7", Johnny Curious 7" & Produkt 7"). This is by far the rarest release on the label, a very limited and fantastic cassette-only 14-track LP by Software, an unknown act fronted by Jonathan Price. The music is amongst the best in the field of minimal synth experimental avant-punk style, with synths, percussion, keyboards and tapes - in the fashion of Legendary Pink Dots and even more minimal. Superb stuff of pure synth music and one of the top rarities of the era (for some reason not even in Discogs).
