Description
The Solataires (Solitaires)
Please Remember My Heart / South of the Border (Down Mexico Way)
Label: Old Town 1006/1007
Condition: VG+ shiny, almost no marks
Great copy of this doowopper on the super rare original script Old Town label. Release number is 1006 on the A and 1007 on the B.
This 45 comes from an amazing and meticulously kept collection of nearly 1,000 45s I recently purchased from the original owner in central New Jersey. The collector had been an employee of a record store and caught many of the early rock'n'roll and doowop groups in Brooklyn at the State Theater. He even had an original Elvis Sun 45!
Check my other listings for more records from this one-of-a-kind collection.
Note: these clips are not taken from MY copy. They're just provided for you to hear what the songs sound like.
