Description

A beautiful NM/NM Mono first pressing of Solomon Burke's Rock 'N Soul on Atlantic Records, amazingly autographed by the great man himself on both sides in July of 1966.  On the front, Burke has written "To Bob Peacock, The King, Solomon Burke"  on the back, Burke writes "To Bob Peacock, July 1966, I hope this record brings you joy and happyness, The King, Solomon Burke".
We obtained this directly from Bob Peacock, who ran the UK soul publication 'Rhythm and Soul USA" and squired Burke around London in July 1966.  We can't imagine there is a better signed Burke album in existence.  The sleeve is in beautifully clean Near Mint condition and the disc is stunning Near Mint, bordering on Mint and looking as if it's been played on more than two or three times.

With Recordmecca's written lifetime guarantee of authenticity.

We grade all records visually, cover first, then disc; using the abbreviations M / NM / EX / VG with + and -. We try to describe everything as accurately as possible, and spot check any vinyl flaw that looks like it might make a sound. We regularly receive praise for our grading, but as all grading is subjective, we are happy to give a full refund for anything you aren't happy with no questions asked.

Unlike some eBay sellers, we don't feel the need to hype records by including long reviews or albums, quoting lyrics, making up arcane variations. We just grade accurately, describe any flaw, and sell only high quality rare records in fine condition.
