Superior vinyl! Rare opportunity to own the most ambitious, audacious, and now considered greatest classical recording in history. Four complete operas recorded over several years under meticulous studio conditions. NOT a live recording or radio broadcast.

This is the complete 1967 release from London records - four box sets and the original 1st edition copy of the book Ring Resounding by John Culshaw which details the amazing process of making the first studio recording of Wagner’s Ring Cycle.

Box is open but vinyl is in pristine rarely or never-played condition. I own over 1000 albums and examined all 38 sides. All records are free of warping and are absolutely spotless. Bright glossy heavy vinyl everywhere - see photos. The outer box shows slight wear and there is a bit of framing missing near the slot that holds the Culshaw book. The four separate box sets are perfect.
