Description

For sale is “Some Songs I’ve Saved” by L.A. singer songwriter from the 1960s small club venues, including the infamous Troubadour, and later was an invited performer at the Isle of Wight’s 1970 festival of 600,000.   Released on Richie Havens' Stormy Forest label (SFS-6003), the personnel on this recording are:  Kathy Smith - vocals & guitar, Warren Bernhardt - piano, Monte Dunn - guitar, Jim Fiedler - bass, Bill Lavorgna - durma Chuck Rainey - bass, Jeremy Steig - flute, Artie Traum - banjo & guitar, Collin Walcott - table, Eric Weissberg - fiddle, and the Stormy Forest Freaks - chorus and handclapping.
