Description
Artist: SON HOUSE
Title: “Father of Folk Blues”
Label: COLUMBIA. Monaural pressing on medium weight vinyl. Label is red with black text, “360 Sound” logo.
Catalog number is CL 2417. Matrix numbers in the dead wax of both sides end in –1A/-1A.
Year: 1965.
Condition:
DISC: Vinyl is gorgeous NM-, a beauty! The playing surface is immaculate, with a high luster, played a small number of times and handled with care. Plays beautifully with superb fidelity. Labels are clean and pristine.
JACKET: Jacket (not laminated) is nice VG+. Front art work is clean except for some minor traces of ring wear beginning to appear. Reverse has some more noticeable ring wear and surface wear. There is some minor wear in places along the seams and spine, but no splits, stickers, or cutout indications. The original owner wrote his name neatly on the reverse at top left corner. Overall quite presentable.
