light scuffs, still retains much of its luster and gloss, plays loud.
Jacket: VG++
light, shiny cardboard sleeve with sticker on the front. Two small surface abrasions on the rear side are the only significant defects.
Rare, Promotional-only, UK-only single released by Sonic Youth, edited, apparently in protest to radio’s refusal to air the song because it featured “f#ck” heavily in Kim’s pro-feminist lyrics. SY responded on three fronts - 1) inserting a screechy guitar feedback over every instance of the offending word. 2) etching “We F#ck the D.J’s Daughter” in the trail off wax and 3) releasing “Rewolf” as the B-side, literally “Flower” run through the tape machine backwards. Ahh, angsty art-rock at its finest.
