Notes : It was the first release from the newly minted Forced Exposure record label, founded by Thurston Moore. The seven inch came along with the Forced Exposure zine, and was limited to 500 copies. First 10 supposedly have full color handmade covers by Thurston. Given away with Forced Exposure Magazine #7/8. Both songs were Recorded live on 10/30/83 in Berlin, Germany @ the Loft and this early live version of (over)kill yr idols was re-titled "I Killed Christgau With My Big F*ckin' Dick" by Byron Coley and released on the Forced Exposure "(Over)kill Yr Idols" 7". Robert Christgau was a Village Voice music critic who'd written a rather unfavorable review of an early SY show.

Notes : The cover is a drawing by Raymond Pettibon. It exists in two different covers : one in white and blue, and one with some colors.

GRADING SCALE MINT (M) The record is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The jacket and any extra items are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT (EX) The record shows signs of having been played but there is negligible loss in sound quality. The jacket may have slight wear or creasing. VERY GOOD (VG) The record has been played many times but shows no significant deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks. Normal wear and tear on the jacket, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD (G) The record has been played enough that the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably and may have light pops and skips. The jacket may suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits or discoloration. FAIR (F) The record is playable but was not properly cared for and plays with extensive surface noise overriding sound and may skip considerably. The jacket may be torn, stained or defaced. BAD (B) The record is unplayable and probably broken and is only of use as a collection filler. Grading may be fine tuned by adding + or -
