Colour rip off picture sleeve, (not like an envelope. See last pic, partial scan).

LABEL: RCA VICTOR MKE-944

RECORD CONDITION: G+ (some mild hairlines and superficial scratchings which do not affect the sound quality)

SLEEVE CONDITION: G- (creases, light wet stains along the right edge which passes through the back, a bit wavy because of this, scrappings and torn bit long the edges. No scribblings. See pictures please)
