The disc is in SUPERB condition!..
Like all the albums on the Marmalade label,this is so hard to find..Giorgio Gomelsky who ran the label did'nt promote the albums he issued and they all sank without trace..The label only lasted 3 years and issued a handful of albums in that time until it went bust early in 1969..
This features Brian Auger and The Trinity,Jimmy Page and jazzers Joe Harriot and Alan Skidmore,it transcends being just a blues album..
Issued on Marmalade in 1968..608004..UK pressing in a laminated sleeve..
It has A1/B1 matrix numbers and is a first pressing..
The disc looks like it has never been played..It has no scratches or scuffs and it still has that sheen of virgin vinyl...It really does look superb!.
It plays as good as it looks..MINT..There are NO pops..NO clicks and NO crackle..Even the run in grooves and track links play silent...It really does play that well!..
The disc plays flat on the deck with no edge warps or dishing..
The labels are undamaged..There is NO spindle wear at all..I am convinced that I am the first person to have played this!..
The sleeve is EX minus..It has a couple of minor defects (a little dischape and some laminate lift along the spine is all)..It has no serious defects or damage and is overall, a clean and tidy sleeve..
It has no rips,tears,seam splits,stains, scribble,stickers or sellotape or other such defects...There is minimal cornerwear and no edge rubbing..The colours are bright and unfaded..The spine is undamaged with clearly legible text...
You are welcome to collect this in person or from The Southend Record Fair (11th May,8th June) and then the second Sunday in each month)..Where there are LOADS of great albums and singles offered for sale...
Venue for this fair is West Leigh Schools on the A13..SS9 2JB...Record collections always wanted!.
