SONNY BOY WILLIAMSON TRUMPET 139 E
TITLES: A) DO IT IF YOU WANTA B) COOL, COOL BLUES
Blues harp player Rice Miller is Sonny Boy Williamson #2. .
Record has no scuffs and no scratches. Playing surfaces are bright and shiny. Record does have an internal star crack in which 4 lines radiate from the label to about 1" from the rim. There is no separation and no raised surfaces, but it is visible. It is not audible and does not affect the stability or sound of the record. Record is otherwise LIKE NEW. Downgraded to E for the star crack. Also has a stamp on the "B" side label ( see scans).
I use standard VJM 78 record grading method with grades of: M, M-, E+, E, E-, V+, V, V-, G+, G, G-, and P in descending order. records at V and above are enjoyable while those at V- to G are tolerable. I do not grade 78's at M or M- unless I can be certain that they have NEVER been played. G- and P records are only listed if they are extremely rare of of significant historical value. Domestic shipping is by USPS Media Mail. International shipping is by International First Class, unless otherwise requested. A $2.50 charge is included in shipping costs for new packing materials.
