Condition - Vinyl (VG- to VG); Cover (VG++, EX)
Original Pressing
Original Blue Note mono pressing with the 47 West 63rd address on both labels and back of the cover. Deep groove on both sides, with RVG and ear in the run-out groove.
The vinyl is graded VG- to VG in some parts with some marks that play with some noise and clicks. The inside songs on each side play better than the 1st songs, and the recording is so clear and loud that once the songs get going, the noise subsides considerably. There is a mark towards the end of Deep Night that causes clicks for about a minute. However, I have listened to this record from start to finish and THERE ARE NO SKIPS. All in all, a really nice copy of 1 of the rarest Blue Note LP's.
The cover is where this auction shines. The original cover is graded VG++/EX with virtually no edge or corner wear. There is a very small bit of wear along the opening and a very small bubbling in the lamination along the opening. Someone really took nice care of this cover.

Excellent (EX) - Also considered VG++, just a paper scuff away or 2 from NM
Very Good Plus (VG+) - Light marks, possibly light clicks and light surface marks but no scratches, a great copy
Very Good (VG) - More marks and noise than VG+, possible scratches, but no skips, still a good play copy
Very Good Minus (VG-) = Lots of wear and possible noise with clicks and maybe some pops, but no skips
