VINYL: VG+ ( lots of spindle marks, superficial sleeve lines, non- feelable , nice luster remains hard to find original of super underrated bluesy jazz record


COVER: VG+ (clean no defacing writing, seam edges show wear but a very presentable LP cover who great purple hazed photo of Sonny


Play graded: as typical of early mid 1950s pressing big bold playback with typical in background intermittent surface noise but nothing that remotely detracts from a stellar performance here Sonny kills each track with a bluesy vibe few others could capture.. plays at low or higher volume with little distortion fills my two story house with jazz on this playback really nice on my vintage Thorens TT!
