1956 Prestige Records PRLP 7095 1st MONO pressing, USA.

Original first US pressing of this cult Sonny Rollins album featuring Kenny Dorham wrongly credited on Tenor Sax and Max Roach killing at the drums. RVG stamped on matrix with 1st address (446 W. 50th ST. NYC) on both original Prestige black and yellow deep groove labels. Also includes the original VERY RARE 'onion-shaped' inner sleeve. Back liner notes by Ira Gitler, recorded by Rudy Van Gelder. Hard to find in this beatiful shape.

Record: shiny, clean NM shape copy with no paper scuffs (VISUAL GRADING). Sleeve: the jacket is a solid and highly-collectible VG++: minor wear on upper corners, and pen wiritings visible on the back. Lovely copy!
