SONNY ROLLINS- Way Out West CONTEMPORARY C3530 Vinyl LP

The cover is stunning Near Mint-. As you can see from the pictures, the cover is clean, very tight; everso close to Near Mint-. It has only the slightest of slight overall wear. The spine and the edges are near pristine. The vinyl has a few light surface marks and plays as follows:

Side 1: Plays awesome with hardly a hint of background noise; loud, crisp and very clear sound.

Side 2: 3/4 of an inch into the first track there are 2 very quick skips that play right through. There is some light background noise (a few light pops here and there, mostly noticeable in the quieter parts, but not too bad). Near the end of the first track, for about 20 seconds, there is some louder light pops but all the meanwhile the music is playing loud, crisp and clear. The 2nd song on side 2 played near flawless (again, loud and clear) and there was only the slightest of light background noise (and only in the silent parts) by the 3rd track.

Overall, the vinyl with it's light surface marks, visually grades as Near VG+, and plays mostly VG+ and better, as is the case with side 1. The bright yellow Contemporary labels are beautiful as well.

Another copy of this LP just closed on ebay at $300 and routinely sells for well over $500. Don't let this rare LP record get away!
