Jacket: VG. Light wear on all seams, 1 inch split starting to show on top seam, see photos.    
Vinyl: VG+   A very conservative VG+  This could very easily be an EX grade save for a couple of very small marks both sides that do not affect play.
Has original crispy onion like inner sleeve!
