Label:   PARKER / CP RECORDS.  Label is yellow with black text.  Catalog number is CP-219.  

Year:  1963

Condition:   I would grade the two sides a nice VG / VG+ respectively.  Visually the record is very clean, with nice original gloss and a few very light scuffs, but no serious marks.  However, “Hey Little Woman” has some mildly irritating audible ticks in the early going, for perhaps the first 35-45 seconds, after which the ticks subside and the remainder of the side plays through cleanly.  The fidelity is clean and crisp.  Overall it is an enjoyable side for listening or dancing, as you can hear in the accompanying sound clip.

The flipside, “I Miss You So,” is a beautiful doo wop ballad.  It too plays with some audible (but much softer) ticks in the very early going, but these also end at about the 45 second mark, and the remainder of the side plays nicely right up through the beautiful ending. 

I have included sound clips of both sides in their entirety so that you can judge the sound for yourself.   Fidelity is superb.  Labels are clean with no writing, stickers, or cutout indications.
